The quality of these bags is only rivaled by the customer service provided by the company selling them. Very high quality and in the few short weeks of having them I have had many compliments on the look and quality of materials and craftsmanship. The OEM bags for the scout do not lock to the bike nor do they have the option to lock the bag itself and these do! So if keeping your bags on your bike and your belongings in your bags is important I recommend US Saddlebags all day everyday. So glad I went with these bags. You will be too!

I purchased these bags to finish out my fitting of my 2018 Indian Scout. I purchased the largest bags that US Saddle Bags sells that fit my motorcycle. For the most part, I had little problem installing the bags. The Allen bolts that came with the saddle bags acted like they might have been the wrong thread.
But they did secure to the bike. The Bags have functioned well as I use them every day I ride. Also I have gotten numerous complements on the appearance of my bike.

I did quite a bit of research and decided US Saddlebags was the best choice out there for quality and appearance.
Couldn’t be happier with my choice. The frames fit my 16 Chief Dark Horse perfectly. My back rest worked on the mount spools, which are built into the bag frames.
I recommend them to anyone in need of saddlebags.

The install was almost as easy as the help video. I have the quick detach backrest and luggage rack so the install was a little different due to the spool spacers. The bags look great, I get lots of compliments on them. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
