For my money, you are the best saddlebag company out there and the customer service is AAA+. I damaged one of the plastic snap locks while backing my bike out of the garage. Totally my fault and you guys repaired it at NO CHARGE and no questions asked. I also received several follow up emails. It's hard to find such dedicated, honest and straight forward customer service anymore. Other companies could learn from US Saddlebag and their approach to customer service. The saddlebags are a top notch, extremely functional design and the fit and finish is absolutely second to none. I searched several months for saddlebags before I made my decision and I'm now a walking advertisement for US Saddlebags, both the company and their products.

My wife selected the black flame style saddlebags and matching tank cover as my 2007 Christmas present. Needless to say, I think she has excellent taste. It took me about an hour, taking my time, to mount the two saddle bags and tank cover. It was as easy as the video on your website had shown. Everything went on without a single hitch. Just wanted to let you know I received my new saddlebags today from my local dealer. All I can say is WOW!! I installed the brackets myself which only took about 20 minutes and the bags went right on no problem. They took an already great looking Suzuki C50 and made it look fantastic! Even after watching the video on their website, I wasn't convinced that they were going to be THAT easy to install. I was right, they were easier!!! Literally 10 minutes, including opening the boxes. I was amazed at the quality and the fit and finish. They really complete the look of the bike, and are big enough to carry anything that I would need during a long ride. I purchased my saddlebags in September 2004. Liked the quality and the looks of these bags. Very well made. I just had a little problem with the Velcro holding the straps in place at 80 mph. So I called U.S. Saddlebag Company and spoke with Treg about the issue. He said it wasn't a problem, and requested I send them back to U.S. Saddlebag. They redesigned the straps and sent them back in just over a week. How much better could it get? I am really pleased with my bags and the service from these guys. And yes, I would buy from them again.

AN UPDATE.... ITS BEEN ABOUT 18 MONTHS AND 15,000 MILES SINCE I FIRST BOUGHT MY US SADDLEBAGS. I WANTED TO UPDATE MY TESTIMONIAL I FIRST SENT IN. WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT MY BAGS. I PUT THEM ON MY 2001 VSTAR CUSTOM. THEN I BOUGHT A 2006 VSTAR CUSTOM. THE BAGS SWITCHED RIGHT OVER TO THE NEW BIKE. LAST WEEKEND MY HUSBAND I WERE OUT RIDING. I HAD MY LAPTOP IN ONE OF THE SADDLE BAGS. AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT, WE RAN INTO RAIN. A DOWNPOUR. I WAS REALLY WORRIED ABOUT MY LAPTOP GETTING WET. I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN. EVERTHING IN MY BAGS STAYED DRY. WHAT A GREAT SET OF BAGS. I STILL LOVE THEM. BEST BAGS I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY STILL LOOK GREAT. THEY ARE WORTH EVER PENNY YOU SPEND ON THEM. Let me start by telling you how much I like the bags. After nearly a year of use, 17,000 miles and several hard rains they are like new.
